Building envelope upgrades
Challenges that arose
Since the home was built in 1940, the building was not very energy efficient. The homeowner took additional steps to replace a few old windows with triple pane windows and improved wall insulation. HomeZero authorized BAR Engineering to complete a thorough building envelope analysis that lays a path forward for holistically improving the building performance. More upgrades will be completed in the coming years.
